Welcome to yardgeek.com. Our goal is to bring the Internet lawn and
garden community the same level of quality, selection, and service
that has been the hallmark of our retail stores since 1955.
ABOUT US
Our retail store is named Southwest Fertilizer. You can visit us
at 5828 Bissonnet, Houston, TX. Our store offers the highest
level of professional one-on-one service in the lawn and garden
industry. The management staff has over 60 years combined experience
in solving pest, plant, and equipment problems. We back this
knowledge up with the largest selection of plant foods, fungicides,
pesticides, and herbicides in chemical and organic formulations. We
invite you to visit us between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm (Monday
thru
Saturday) and 10 am to 3 pm (Sunday). We are closed on Sundays after
Thanksgiving through superbowl Sunday.

SHIPPING POLICY
- We will leave the delivery at the specified address even if
there is nobody there to sign. If this is a problem, let us know in
the delivery instructions and we will do our best to accommodate
your
request.
- Most orders under 150 lbs will ship via UPS within 2 days of
receipt.
- Shipments outside the Houston area in excess of 150 lbs will
be
sent by common carrier at a negotiated rate. We will contact you by
E-
mail to confirm these arrangements before shipment.
- Orders for delivery in the Houston area in excess of 150 lbs
will be delivered for a flat fee of $50.
- If you would like to pick you order up at one of our stores,
please let us know when you go through the checkout process.
WARRANTY
Warranty claims will be serviced by the manufacturer through the
authorized center in your area.
RETURN POLICY
Damage claims must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of
delivery. All sales of bagged materials (soils, fertilizers,
manure's, etc.)and power equipment are final. Power equipment
warranty claims should be
referred to your local authorized repair facility.

will e-mail pickup instructions to you. No returns for credit will
be
accepted without prior approval.
